RUIRU WATERS KENYA
Ruiru Waters is part of a satellite city strategically located on the principal eastern arteries of Nairobi, Kenya. The Residential element of this development comprises over 2,800 dwellings for the middle market sector.
The construction is being procured using fast track technologies and high quality finishes, creating a new benchmark in East Africa, combining environmental quality with construction efficiency.
GOMBA CITY
Gomba City is Tanzania’s first integrated development masterplanned located minutes from Arusha Town Centre. The master plan for Phase 1 comprising 126 acres, creates an aspirational community of residential, retail, sports, leisure, education and healthcare uses, with excellent infrastructure and stunning views of Mt. Meru. Further phases of the 3,000 acre city will include significant warehousing and logistics to capitalize on the new Arusha bypass which passes through the land.

TRIANON SHOPPING CENTRE -MAURITIUS
Trianon Shopping Centre is situated in one of the most central and busy locations in Mauritius. Having originally been constructed over thirty years ago, remodelling and extension was required to bring this destination retail up to date and with enhanced commercial standing.
Innovative use of materials and construction techniques enabled this whole project to be efficiently completed without interruption to the existing trading business.
AFFRORDABLE HOUSING - USA
This housing portfolio was spread across the United States took advantage of the credit crisis in 2008 to bring hundreds of units to the rental market and included options for vendor mortgages and split equity schemes to enable occupiers to re-join the property ladder.
