Steve is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators with 40 years’ experience in the real estate sector as both Chartered Surveyor and Arbitrator.
During the past few years, Steve has worked both as principal investor and developer as well as consultant to some of Africa’s leading real estate businesses, to evolve development and procurement strategies which have gained commercial advantage for GPA’s clients.
Steve’s strengths are focussed in product positioning and evolution, Value Engineering and the management of legal strategy and documentation. With these strengths, GPA have been selected by clients to spearhead some of the largest and most dynamic projects in Africa and drive forward the realisation of high impact development.
Seeta is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya. She has a BA in Land Economy from University of Cambridge, and an MBA from Wharton School of Business.
During the past 20 years’ Seeta has gained experience in Africa, Europe and the United States with particular strengths in market research and feasibility, product definition and positioning, masterplanning, debt underwriting, raising finance and structuring investments .
Seeta’s knowledge of residential markets, includes focus on the middle to lower income demographic space with insights on local design preferences and marketing strategies. Seeta is a key player in influencing public policy and bringing diverse stakeholders in the conservation and rehabilitation of Nairobi’s natural resources.
