GPA has advised the developer on market positioning of the upcoming residential project, land and contract disputes, adjudication, marketing, sales, pricing and costing for feasibility purposes including analysis of the Macro-economic market cycle phase. GPA also initiated the bespoke development agreements and design team management for a 25,000sqm bespoke headquarters office campus.
Trianon Shopping Centre Mauritius
Trianon Shopping Centre is situated in one of the most central and busy locations in Mauritius. Having been constructed over thirty years ago, re-modelling and extension was required to bring this destination retail up to date and with enhanced commercial standing. Innovative use of materials and construction techniques enabled this whole project to be efficiently completed without interruption to the trading retailers.

Beachfront Resort Apartment Development – Turkey
This prime beachfront development was managed for an international consortium of investors to produce 168 apartments and leisure facilities overlooking a secluded marine reserve. We were particularly prominent in the development and delivery of the management constitution and regime incorporating Turkish Law with international standards and a home-owners association constitution.

This Affordable Housing portfolio, which was spread across the United States, took advantage of the credit crisis in 2008 to bring hundreds of units to the rental market and included options for vendor mortgages and split equity schemes to enable occupiers to re-join the property ladder.
ENEO is the national power supplier in Cameroon with over 800 properties. GPA were commissioned to carry out a strategic review of the entire property portfolio and establish a rationalisation programme of re-development, refurbishment and modernisation. The review included a range of administrative as well as operational real estate across the generation, transmission and distribution network.
Tatu Airfield serves the business community at Tatu City, for light aircraft giving reduced travel time to many of the region’s business hubs in less than an hour. GPA calculated and structured the runway geometry for both ground and aviation traffic in relation to the surrounding developments and established the approach, departure and VHF protocols for the Airfield with the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority. The refurbishment of the runway and construction of aircraft hangars were defined and managed by GPA. GPA also dealt with the ownership structure and development of the operational
procedures manual and facilities.
