We are based in Nairobi and London, currently servicing a range of mixed use projects in East Africa, Europe and USA from over sixty years of broad and deep international experience across over twenty countries. Steve is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators with 45 years’experience in the real estate sector as a Chartered Surveyor and Arbitrator.

During the past few yars, Steve has worked as principal investor and developer as well as consultant to some of Africa’s leading real estate businesses.

Steve’s strengths are focused in product positioning and evolution, value engineering and the management of legal strategy and documentation.

MAUREEN MWANGI

Maureen holds a quantity surveying diploma, with broad expertise in construction management.

Maureen is an EDGE expert and familiar with green/ environmental compliance.

Maureen also has varied experience in real estate development stategy and valuations, site management, procurement documentation and quality control systems.

Undertaking thorough market research to identify gaps in market segments and optimised mix of uses for a particular

Development Programme Management
Driving the programme with phasing, sequencing, discipline and regular reporting, obtaining approvals, appointing and managing the professional team, composing a procurement strategy and overseeing health, safety and security issues on site.

Risk Management
Identification, avoidance, mitigation and management of development risks in market, finance and construction. Monitoring changing conditions in the development environment which may impact on risk exposure.
